My mission is to ensure a seamless transition for your organization or department, empowering your incoming leader with a solid foundation and a clear path forward so they may have a more joyful leadership experience.
From clarifying and stewarding the organizational vision and culture to coaching staff and optimizing operations, I use my innate leadership, visioning, and empathy skills to enhance functions and drive progress during the interim period. Interim Director roles encompass CEO, program and fundraising functions, each tailored to meet the unique needs of your organization and propel it towards its next level of impact. New Programs/ Start-Ups
I conduct feasibility studies, focus groups, market research and assessment for the start-up and development of your new social sector initiative or program. I then design the program in collaboration with team and stakeholders and oversee strategic direction. I coach your organization on implementation, and advise on evaluation and metrics to measure it's success.
